Dr. Garrido and Dr. Wood consider all available therapies and seek the most effective, least invasive options. Our physicians are experts in minimally invasive techniques, including the latest microscopic surgical techniques. Because we are focused only on the spine, Lake Norman Spine Center physicians are true specialists.

As spine specialists, Dr. Garrido and Dr. Wood believe in educating the patient as much as possible on his or her condition and the available treatment alternatives.
